Management Trainee (MT)
- MT – Digital Technology: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or MCA with 60% marks.
- MT – Research & Analysis: Postgraduate in Economics with 60% marks.
- MT – Rajbhasha: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with 60% marks.
- MT – Legal: LLB (Integrated or Regular) with 60% marks.
Deputy Manager (DM)
- DM – Legal: LLB with 60% marks and 1-year legal experience.
- DM – Deputy Compliance Officer: ACS (ICSI) with 60% marks.
Chief Manager (CM)
- CM – Compliance Officer: ACS (ICSI) with 10 years’ experience (5 years post-qualification in compliance roles).

Salary Structure for EXIM Bank 2025

- Final Merit List – Based on 70% weightage for Written Test and 30% for Interview.
