Eligibility Criteria–Punjab & Sind Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025
Nationality
The applicant must be:
- A citizen of India or,
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or,
- A Tibetan refugee (who migrated to India before 1st January 1962), or,
- A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) from specific countries, as per government rules.
Age Limit (As of 01 March 2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Widows/Divorced Women: Up to 35 years (Gen/EWS), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)
Educational Qualification (As of 31 March 2025)
- A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in local language (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Understanding) of the selected state/UT.
- Candidates who have completed postgraduate degrees or have work experience of 1 year or more are not eligible.

- The merit list will be prepared based on HSC (10+2) marks.
- Candidates with the same marks will be ranked based on age (older candidates preferred).
- Selected candidates must undergo document verification.
