- Retired Col./Lt. Col. (Army) or equivalent in Air Force/Navy.
- Private Banker – Radiance Private:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or private banking.
- Group Head:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management/sales in the financial sector.
- Territory Head:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in relationship management in wealth management.
- Senior Relationship Manager:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management in banking/financial services.
